• Application means the software program provided by the Company, named دیوان حافظ - Hafez, downloaded by You on any electronic device.
• Application Store means the digital distribution service operated by Apple Inc. (Apple App Store).
• Company (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to the owner of Divan Hafez App.
• Device means any device that can access the Service such as a cellphone or a digital tablet.
• Service refers to the Application.
• Terms and Conditions (also referred as "Terms") mean these Terms and Conditions that form the entire agreement between You and the Company regarding the use of the Service.
• You means the individual accessing or using the Service.

Acknowledgment These are the Terms and Conditions governing the use of this Service and the agreement that operates between You and the Company.
