Interpretation and Definitions

Interpretation

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. These definitions shall have the same meaning whether they appear in singular or in plural.

Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions:

• Application means the software program provided by the Company, named ChartAi Pro, downloaded by You on any electronic device.
• Application Store means the digital distribution service operated by Apple Inc. (Apple App Store).
• AI Analysis means any artificial intelligence-generated output, response, summary, signal, risk assessment, technical analysis, market summary, or chart interpretation provided through the Application.
• Analysis Data means chart screenshots, selected trading symbols, selected timeframes, saved analysis results, saved signals, watchlist items, and related history created or processed through the Application.
• Company means the owner and developer of ChartAi Pro, referred to as “the Company”, “We”, “Us”, or “Our” in this Agreement.
• Content means all text, AI-generated outputs, chart interpretations, market summaries, signals, interface elements, graphics, features, and other materials made available through the Application.
• Device means any device that can access the Service such as a cellphone, tablet, or other compatible electronic device.
• Financial Markets means markets involving stocks, forex, crypto assets, commodities, indices, derivatives, or any other financial or trading instruments.
• Service refers to the Application.
• Subscription means any paid auto-renewable plan or premium access offered through the Application.
• Terms and Conditions also referred to as “Terms”, mean these Terms and Conditions that form the entire agreement between You and the Company regarding the use of the Service.
