These Terms of Use govern your use of DialogeAi Voice, provided by Hassan Dehghan (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. The Service

DialogeAi Voice is an entertainment and creative application that allows users to:

• Enter, paste, or import text
• Create multi-line dialogues
• Select synthetic AI voice profiles
• Adjust audio settings
• Generate and preview synthetic speech
• Save dialogues and templates locally
• Export M4A or MP3 files
• Share generated files
• Import and export dialogue and template files

The App does not provide legal, medical, financial, emergency, professional, or factual advice.

2. Synthetic AI Audio

All audio generated by the App is synthetic AI-generated audio.

Generated audio is not an authentic recording of a real person and must not be presented as a real statement, interview, endorsement, or communication from any individual.

AI-generated output may be inaccurate, unexpected, incomplete, offensive, or similar to output generated for other users. You are responsible for reviewing all output before saving, publishing, or sharing it.

DialogeAi Voice is not ChatGPT and is not affiliated with or endorsed by OpenAI unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement.
